1. Shipping Methods:

We offer both domestic and international shipping to Australia for your convenience, facilitated by NZ Post. During checkout, you can select the shipping method that best suits your needs. Our available shipping methods include standard shipping without signature and express shipping with signature for domestic orders and standard shipping for international orders.


2. Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

3. Shipping Costs:

Domestically within New Zealand, shipping costs are generally $6 to $7. Free shipping is available for domestic orders $300 and above. Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase. Please note that additional charges, such as import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Delivery Time:

Within New Zealand:

- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 2-5 business days for urban areas and 5-7 business days for rural areas. Please be aware that under rare circumstances, shipping delays from NZ Post can occur due to various reasons. You can visit nzpost.co.nz for all information on domestic shipping delays. We will exert extreme efforts to contact you if there are any issues with delays.

To Australia:

- Standard International Shipping: Generally takes 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and any potential customs processing.

Please note that these are estimated shipping times provided by NZ Post and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and unforeseen delays. Additionally, shipping times may be affected during peak seasons or holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery and estimate its arrival date.
